Privacy policy

Voinly stores only what it needs to run the features you turn on.

Dashboard login. When you log in with Discord we store your user ID, username, avatar and an encrypted access token so we can list the servers you manage. You can log out at any time.

Server data. We store your server's settings, plus records created by modules you enable — for example moderation cases, tickets and their transcripts, levels, giveaways and reminders.

Message content. Messages are processed to run features like auto moderation, logging and levels. Message content is stored only when a feature needs it, such as logging a deleted message to a log channel you chose, or saving a ticket transcript.

Deletion. Removing Voinly from your server stops all processing. Ask on our support server to have your server's data deleted.
